I usually have great experiences here. I was given a $5 redeemable gift card over 4th of July weekend, and today I placed an online order hoping to use the gift card. I was able to use it, which is great, but apparently the price I saw online after taxes already reflected a $4.80 discount. I guess they couldn’t combine the discounts, which makes sense. I’ll continue purchasing from them as they’re one of the closest dispensaries in the area, I’m just feeling a little disappointed since I had to change my initial order when I arrived. I brought the exact amount I thought I was going to need. I was expecting to pay $65.04 for my original purchase, and I arrived with $61 in cash, again, intending to use the $5 gift card. I’m definitely not blaming the staff at all. They’re all great and I’ve had amazing experiences with them. The person checking me out even offered to give me another gift card, but unfortunately they ran out. Again, usually have great experiences, just fell a little short today.

New staff are rude and have no CHARISMA for their jobs. They are not specific on rules or guidelines for their rewards(manipulating their customers). They have CHANGED. I will no longer be doing business here even though I have for 6 years. I was treated poorly my last visit and told I couldn’t be rewarded anymore for the money I spend. It’s a joke. Cheaper better weed ANYWHERE ELSE.

I’ve been coming here every other week for the last few months and it’s always been great. Today was the first time I received a faulty product. I brought it back along with my receipt and Brandon replaced it right away, even offered a different type! I will definitely keep coming back!

Great service every time, today Julia was extremely patient and so pleasant to work with!! It won’t let me leave a second review, but another visit and more great service compelled me to amend this review. Today I was helped by Zach, and was going to leave a review for his great attitude and helpfulness even before I found out he is the manager. Great job Zach!!
